Apple recently released the Apple AirTag. If you’re someone who takes account of everything that comes from the tech company, you already know that its latest release is going to make keeping track of your belongings a lot easier.
The Apple AirTag is a new item tracker that can be attached to just about anything. Those who have trouble remembering where their keys are around the house or who want to keep an eye on their wallets, bags, or other valuables will appreciate having these sleek discs in their arsenal. But there’s a catch: to bind the Apple AirTag disc to your personal items, you’ll need a key ring, keychain, or other types of holders.
Fortunately, there are already a plethora of intriguing options, and there will undoubtedly be more as this new accessory ecosystem matures. Here are the best AirTag holders on the market right now:
Apple AirTag Leather Key Ring

Apple’s cheapest official AirTag holder is the one that would most definitely be used. Like their other official leather holders, this leather keyring is available in red, saddle brown, and dark baltic blue colours. There’s no mustard yellow colour yet, so we’re looking for more colours in the near future. The AirTag is not hidden in this keyring, as one might expect from an official product. YOu can clearly see the AirTag in this holder.
Apple AirTag Loop

This Loop can come in handy if you want to tie your AirTag to a backpack rather than carrying it around with your keys. Secure the AirTag to a bag strap or wallet handle after inserting it. It’s available in three colours: muted deep navy, sunflower yellow, and electric orange. It’s also the only Apple AirTag accessory that isn’t made of leather.
Belkin AirTag Secure Holder

Belkin has once again teamed up with Apple to create some fantastic simple AirTag accessories, ranging in price from the most costly to the most affordable. With a key ring or a strap, the Belkin Secure Holder is available in two sizes. The Belkin Secure Holder secures the AirTag in place with a twist-and-lock mechanism. The elevated plastic edges can help to prevent scratching, which AirTags tend to be vulnerable to. It’s available in blue, pink, white, and black, and it’s around half the price of the AirTag.
Nomad AirTag Leather Loop

If you’re searching for a leather AirTag holder that will last and secure the device’s build, look no further than this product from Nomad. It’s made of Horween leather that will age well and is secured with 3M glue, so the loop hardly contributes some thickness to the AirTag itself. The battery can still be replaced without having to remove it from the belt, which is convenient. It’s a smart way to wear your AirTag in style. Since the loop covers the majority of the AirTag’s surface, this is particularly useful if you aren’t engraving your AirTags.
Pad & Quill Mighty AirTag Leather Keychain

Check out this deal from Pad & Quill if you’re searching for anything truly rustic. The Mighty AirTag Leather Keychain has clear stitching along the edges and is crafted from the same leather as its bags. The AirTag fits snugly in the pocket and can be quickly withdrawn to change the battery. It also absolutely protects the AirTag’s ears.
Moment Hard Shell Mount

If you’re searching for a discreet way to stick your AirTag to your gear–such as your vehicle, a drone, or a camera–then this Hard Shell Mount from Moment is for you. This carbon-fibre shell is foam-lined to prevent your AirTag from rattling about, and it sticks to smooth and gently curved surfaces with a grippy adhesive that provides a watertight seal until applied (don’t worry, extra adhesive pads are included for re-attachment). It’s ideal for sticking the AirTag to some rough gear you’d want to keep track of invisibly. A Stretch Fabric Mount with a patented adhesive for mounting your AirTag to fabric, as well as a Curved Surface Mount made of silicone, are also available from Nomad.
Spigen AirTag Case Rugged Armor

Since I believe carabiners should be included with any portable accessory, this is definitely my favourite AirTag holder on the list. The AirTag Case Rugged Armor can be quickly clipped to or stripped from objects, and the clasp also includes a bottle opener. The canvas band can be unsnapped so that the AirTag case can be removed and threaded into a key ring, then the carabiner can be reattached. It’s adaptable, stylish, and endlessly helpful.
Final Thoughts
AirTags are a great device and can be extremely useful to find items around your house or workplace. However, you can’t really show off your AirTag without an attractive holder. With these holders, your AirTag will remain secure while being attractive at the same time.
